During the busy festive periods, please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive. We experience a significantly higher volume of orders during these times, we are a small family run business and can’t guarantee next day delivery for all orders pre 1pm. However, we will always seek to send out orders for next day delivery as usual wherever possible.
This does not affect the animal courier deliveries.
