Pro Rep Calcium Sand – Black, 5kg

Product Description

Pro Rep Calcium Sand can be used as a substrate for tortoises and many other reptiles that originate from arid habitats. If the substrate is eaten it is unlikely to cause gut impaction and actually provides a good source of calcium as it is made from pure natural limestone.

Directions: Spread the substrate evenly over the bottom on the housing unit to a depth of at least 1-2″ (2.5-5cms).

Spot-clean daily and completely replace every 2-3 weeks or more frequently if it becomes heavily soiled or wet.
