CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – Business as usual ?
As we are a Pet Shop business also operating a website online, the British Government have classed us as an ‘Essential Business’ due to the feeding and care needs of our live animals. This status is being constantly accessed and we will be continuing to serve our customers both on a one to one basis (via a pre-arranged appointment only) and via our online website, www.tortoise-den.co.uk.
Our Specialist Animal Courier (www.walkerseurotransport.co.uk) are still delivering on a Thursday of each week for orders made before 12pm on a Tuesday, however this is also constantly being reviewed and during the current situation may change at any point without notice. Please contact us for more information about tortoise and tortoise package deliveries.
All products ordered before 1pm will continue to be sent out for next day delivery where possible but please allow a potential slight delay due to high demand on product deliveries and the couriers.
